As the job market is changing constantly and demand in skilled personnel is high employees need to adapt to high requirements regarding qualification and mobility. But often enough only little time is allocated for further training and continued education. C & Q has responded to the demands by offering extra-occupational training that is both challenging and up-to-date.

For instance, C & Q is among the few educational providers in Germany offering a training course as „Occupational Health and Safety Specialist“, a qualification that requires high quality standards.
