Certification

The C & Q Haberhauffe Centre for Further Education is AZWV- and QM-certified according to DIN ISO EN 9001:2008.

To C & Q quality is an important issue: we offer high-quality training modules and as a company we are used to working efficiently. We consider customer orientation to be the guideline for our work. Introducing the QM stage model at C & Q in 2004 has been a key success factor in managing change processes. We offer modern seminar rooms, high-quality technical equipment and we are working with qualified tutors. The software solution that we employ to manage further training programmes, participants and tutors is also used to support our QM system. What is more, not just our staff and tutors are familiar with our QM system, customers get actively involved, too. Their course assessments and suggestions matter to us.
