In introducing blended learning concepts to our training programmes in biotechnology, knowledge management, occupational safety and health protection we are working towards a leading market position.

In order to attain high quality standards we employ competent course tutors and staff who identify with the targets of our centre of continued education. Our success is based on up-to-date expertise, practical relevance, team work and open communication.

We listen to customer feedback in order to improve the quality of our training programmes continuously and to provide a pleasant and friendly learning environment. We introduced evaluation procedures to ensure that we keep getting better all the time.

History

The C&Q Haberhauffe Centre for Further Education was founded in 1991 by Margarete und Wolfhart Haberhauffe. The company established itself as an innovative institution in the field of advanced vocational training and continued education. C & Q offer their services in Berlin and, as to the market segment occupational health and safety, throughout Germany.

At first a consulting service in the field of continued education and corresponding further training courses were successfully set up in Berlin-Weißensee and later at the current location Storkower Straße 113. The services were directed towards individuals, companies and public sector institutions.

The founders’ particular strength has been to identify trendsetting job markets at an early stage, to provide corresponding training programmes and to place course participants successfully in suitable jobs. When devising effective further training programmes C & Q have successfully focused on growth sectors and built a broad network of business cooperations.

In June 2010 the company founders handed the management over to Brita Wauer who continues to pursue the company’s goals while developing them further.
