Consulting

Among our core competencies are consulting services to further knowledge assets and knowledge related processes in companies and public sector institutions. Our target group are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises trying to manage their knowledge in business processes. Since 2004 we have been conducting pilot projects in Berlin and Brandenburg. These projects are funded by the European Social Fund and the federal state of Berlin.

In providing goal-oriented coaching and consulting services in the field of advanced vocational training we are helping companies to develop their competencies and improve their business processes. Together with our clients we analyse the initial situation, devise appropriate solutions and select suitable training options.

In our projects we employ a number of IT-tools such as the learning management system Moodle, the web-based collaboration platform BSCW and the open-source document management system loops*.

We advise our clients how to apply needs-based knowledge management within the following business processes

• Quality management
• Occupational health and safety
• Knowledge conservation and know-how transfer and
• Learning in operating processes in bioinformatics.

For this purpose we are able to draw on our know-how in continued education and to contribute our experience in terms of business organisation and qualification requirements. Our knowledge is based on a long standing customer focus, our participation in business networks and the experience gained from our transnational partnerships.
